Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all brushes, paints, or canvases are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
